Yoga aims to improve self-control and well-being. This energetic art regulates vital energy in the body and harmonizes the mind. Its practice leads to an art of living in calm and harmony.
In hatha yoga, deep breathing accompanies the postures. You'll feel improved balance, strengthened muscles and inner calm.
The practice requires no particular performance, and classes are open to all.
QI Gong

The practice of Qi Gong should be seen as a search for balance and body-mind harmony. It is an ancient Chinese gymnastics composed of slow and fluid movements, associated with breathing techniques whose aim is to preserve good health.
These movements help relieve muscular and nervous tension and have multiple beneficial effects on the body and mind:
- Qi Gong maintains mobility and flexibility
- Qi Gong allows a reduction in stress: reduction in cortisol, beneficial effect on the respiratory system as well as on the nervous system through the concentration of attention and the effect of deep relaxation of the body and mind linked to the slowness of the practice.
It should be noted that therapeutic applications of Qi Gong are carried out in China, Korea and are currently underway at the Salpêtrière hospital.
